It's been more than 10 years of running Kollar Clothing and the philosophy that this brand was built on has always been centred around putting customers first and sharing products we are proud of. To our dear friends and family who continue to purchase from us and support our business, we want to take some time to thank you for helping us grow and continue to push the boundaries of what our brand could be. We are continuously learning and adjusting our business to be better so that we can continue to give customers the value they deserve and expect from us. With that being said, we know the last few months may have been a little frustrating due to delays with shipping and we genuinely apologize for that. Although we take responsibility for prolonging the delivery of your orders in a timely manner, it has become alarmingly apparent how severely the international shipping industry has been affected by the natural disasters happening in British Columbia. Mudslides and floods have halted the transport of goods and unfortunately, quite a few of our products are shipped from there. Despite this, we are working around the clock with our vendors to speed up this process so we can have your outstanding orders shipped immediately. While we navigate this issue in combination with the holiday rush, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this time as we are seeing a further 2-3 week delay to ship out all remaining orders. With that being said, this is a tentative timeline as all orders may be shipped out sooner if the situation in British Columbia gets better. We will continue to provide updates as regularly as we can but want to ensure you that you will receive your order and as a token of our appreciation and gratitude we will be providing you with a $20 code for future purchases. As the founder of Kollar Clothing, I will continue to prioritize keeping our customers happy and will work with our team to make sure this never happens again by putting the right systems in place. Growth is extremely important to us and we truly believe this is a great step in the right direction now that we are gearing up for Spring 2022.
