WondaGurl, the woman behind many of your favourite hits from the likes of artists such as Travis Scott, Jay-Z, Rihanna, Drake, Eminem, and more, is a 27-year-old Canadian, multi-platinum, Grammy nominated producer and record executive. She has accumulated over 10B+ streams and has been listed on Forbes 30 Under 30. In 2021 she announced her label, Wonderchild, became the first Black Woman to receive "Producer of the Year" at the Juno awards, and has produced some of the biggest songs of the year. WondaGurl has worked with brands including Nike, Sprite, Beats by Dre, Red Bull and is truly one of the female trailblazers of the industry. She continues to dominate the production space and encourages young female producers to do the same.

In 2022, The Remix Project launched Journeys, an exciting workshop series where highly successful guests from the music industry share their experiences, insights, and advice with Toronto's creative community. Through moderated discussions, industry leaders delve into their personal and professional journeys, offering invaluable knowledge and inspiration to attendees.
Past guests have included music professionals such as Jessie Reyez, Noel Cadastre, Jermaine Dupri, Boi-1da, Popcaan, Roy Woods, Lola Plaku, Tyrone Edwards, Jordan Evans, and Charlotte Day Wilson.
