Kith Loyalty Program

Launching Tomorrow

Introducing Kith Loyalty—a points-based program that rewards customers with experiences, early access and exclusive products, only available on the Kith App. The program was designed to show gratitude to the loyal members of the Kith community.

Join the Loyalty Program by creating an account or logging into your existing account on the Kith App. New account members can begin earning points immediately, and existing customers will be placed into tiers based on their lifetime purchase history.

The Point System

Points are accumulated based on lifetime purchase history, as well as through action-based Achievements and Kith Moments.

Moments points are earned by checking into Kith events and installs such as Kith Night at MSG, San Diego Comic-Con, or visiting Kith Stores worldwide. Achievement points are earned by taking actions such as entering a drawing, updating your app shopping preferences, and more. Point balance determines the tier each Member is placed in, which then determines benefits and rewards.

Tiers

Each Tier—Molecule, Elevation, and Vitality—is named after a classic color from the Kith Palette and offers its own unique benefits. All Loyalty Members will be able to shop custom apparel, accessories, and footwear designed exclusively for each tier. These products will never be sold to customers outside of the Loyalty Program.

Other notable benefits include early access to Kith seasonal collections, collaborations and footwear, alongside Line Priority & In-Store Returns at global flagships and VIP Invitations to Kith Events. Tier status, along with point total, can be found under the ID tab in the Kith App, located under your digital membership card.

Tier Exclusives

Tier Exclusives are periodic collections designed exclusively for each tier. Each product is made-to-order, and requires an additional processing period for manufacturing and shipping.

To commemorate the launch of the Kith Loyalty Program, Kith presents its first loyalty collection, Molecule Exclusives. Custom apparel, accessories, and the special-edition 8th St Gazelle Indoor by Ronnie Fieg for adidas Originals & Clarks Originals are all designed in our staple Molecule hue. Featuring simple yet classic Kith branding, each piece is available exclusively for Loyalty Members of the Molecule tier and above.

We're also updating our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and California Privacy Statement to reflect recent changes in industry practices and to provide you with more transparency and greater control over your personal information. Specifically, we updated our arbitration provision in the Terms and Conditions, and we made changes to the Privacy Statement and California Privacy Statement to comply with the requirements of various U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020.
