Even though it may feel like the last time you visited the the ROM dinosaurs actually roamed the Earth, the time has finally come to open our doors once again and welcome you back to the Museum.
We’re following the advice of public health authorities and making every effort to ensure visits are enjoyable, entertaining and, above all, safe. As we re-open the ROM to the public, we ask you to work with us to keep the Museum a safe place for yourself, for all visitors and for our staff by carefully reading the guidelines below.
- Our temporary hours of operation are Wednesday to Sunday, 10:00 am to 5:30 pm.
- For your safety, admission to the Museum will be limited and time-ticketed; we ask all visitors to buy tickets online and book a time slot for their visit. Tickets will be on sale starting July 7.
- All visitors and staff are required to wear a face mask and respect social distancing.
- The Bat Cave, CIBC Discovery Gallery and Patrick and Barbara Keenan Family Gallery of Hands-on Biodiversity will be temporarily closed.
- We have increased rigorous cleaning throughout the Museum and high touch areas will be cleaned frequently.
- Coat check will be closed.
- If you’ve travelled outside the province within the past 14 days, feel ill, or are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home.
