| | To Our Valued and Loyal Customers, We apologize for the continued delay in the shipment of orders as we know how frustrating a time these last few months have been. Here at Kollar, we pride ourselves on not only producing high quality products but also getting them in the hands of the people who have continued to support us in the quickest and most efficient way possible.
With this said, 2021 was a challenging year for many small businesses including ourselves as we were faced with unanticipated international logistics issues that no brand could have prepared for. We continue to push for expedited delivery dates to ensure our valued customers do not wait any longer than necessary but these unprecedented circumstances have left us in this very unfortunate situation. Based on what we are being told, we are looking at an updated delivery of our stock for January 15th-21st. We know this is a little longer than we had previously thought but we continue to monitor the situation diligently and are doing everything we can to shorten this delay while keeping you in the loop.
We will continue to provide updates as we get closer to those dates but want to communicate to our trusted friends and family how focussed we are as a brand on making sure this doesn't happen ever again. From building new shipping and customer service processes, working with new factories and learning from previous roadblocks, we want to assure you that new drops and collections will be executed much differently moving forward.
