| | | | | | | | | | Kith and BMW reprise their partnership to create two bespoke cars that tell the story of BMW's innovation in electrification. The 1972 BMW 1602 Elektro by Ronnie Fieg and the 2022 BMW i4 M50 by Kith. While the BMW 1602 Elektro is Ronnie Fieg's 1-of-1 personal car, the BMW i4 M50 by Kith will be offered to the public through a special auction at Sotheby's on Friday, October 7th at 11AM EST. | | | | | | | | | The 2022 BMW i4 M50 by Kith features a bespoke green paint that we developed specifically for this project, called Kith Vitality Green. This paint has never been offered on any BMW models previously, nor will ever be offered again. The emblem on the hood has been updated to feature an outer ring, while the rear decklid also features our Kith logo inspired by the BMW M logo. The interior is crafted in BMW Individual Merino leather in Caramel and features a deboss Kith monogram pattern on the headrests and center armrest. The cup holder lid is engraved with a collaborative logo and "Kith Exclusive Edition" is seen on the trim above the glove box. Only seven BMW i4 M50 by Kith vehicles will be produced for the public. This is the only vehicle within this collaboration being auctioned to a global public audience: We have partnered with Sotheby's to host a public auction that will begin on Friday, October 7th at 11AM EST and end on October 14th. The auction will be hosted on Sothebys.com with a starting bid of $1. 10% of the proceeds from this launch will be donated to the Maasai Wilderness Conservation Trust. | | | | | 1972 BMW 1602 Elektro by Ronnie Fieg | | | This 1-of-1 vehicle pays homage to the 50th anniversary of BMW's first electric-converted car, which was a 1602. Completely redesigned by Fieg and rebuilt by BMW, this car was electrified and painted in our bespoke Kith Vitality Green paint. The interior is full grain Merino leather with a Kith monogram pattern debased on the seats, doors and gear shift. The emblems on the hood, trunk and rims were also updated to feature our Kith BMW collaborative roundel. | | | | | | |
