Join Josh Basseches, ROM Director and CEO for a Massey College panel on the role of arts and culture in building public momentum for ambitious and critical policies at COP26 - the annual global gathering of climate experts and governments. This year's COP26 was postponed until 2021, but the window for preserving a stable climate is closing. What can be done to lay the groundwork for a successful COP26 next year? Dr. Dianne Saxe, SaxeFacts, moderates this free webinar that also includes Canada's Heritage Minister Steven Guilbeault, noted climate activist, singer Ron Hawkins; poet Alice Major; and singer Sarah Harmer.

Massey is Missing COP26 (#MissingCOP26) runs November 9 - 19, 2020. Five free, virtual sessions invite thought leaders from all sectors to explore the the official COP26 elements, focusing on Canada and the role it will play at COP26 in 2021. All sessions are free. Advance registration is required for each.
