Vaccination Certificate Policy, ROM Boutique Shopping Event, and more.

Vaccination Certificate Policy
Beginning October 27, 2021. As part of our continued commitment to offering an exceptional visitor experience, the health and safety of our visitors, staff and volunteers continues to be our top priority. Consistent with the Province of Ontario’s vaccination certificate policy, all visitors aged 12 and older must be fully vaccinated. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination must be provided to enter the Museum.

In addition to these enhanced entry requirements, ROM continues to maintain robust safety measures within the building, including mandatory face masks, physical distancing protocols, and timed tickets to manage building capacity, further ensuring the safety of our visitors, staff and volunteers.

If you have any questions regarding the new policy, please email us at info@rom.on.ca.
