SPECIAL INSTALLATION
Fayum Mummy Portraits
Opens Saturday, May 18
Charles T. Currelly, one of the founders of the ROM, obtained two Fayum mummy portraits from Sotheby’s in 1912. After acquiring them, one of the portraits remained at the ROM, while the other was sent to the National Gallery of Canada.

Now after more than 100 years of separation, the two well-preserved mummy portraits will be together again.

Celebrate the opening of In the Age of Rembrandt: Dutch Paintings from the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston by exploring this exquisite exhibition through the eyes of Museum Directors Josh Basseches (ROM) and Matthew Teitelbaum (MFA Boston).
TOURS
Go beyond the labels and delve deeper into the ROM's special exhibition Treasures of a Desert Kingdom: The Royal Arts of Jodhpur, India with a tour led by a trained Docent. Tours are offered from Monday to Friday at noon and are $5 for the public and $4.50 for ROM Members.
