SPECIAL INSTALLATION Fayum Mummy Portraits Opens Saturday, May 18 | | Charles T. Currelly, one of the founders of the ROM, obtained two Fayum mummy portraits from Sotheby’s in 1912. After acquiring them, one of the portraits remained at the ROM, while the other was sent to the National Gallery of Canada.
