KOLLAR DROP 2 // AVAILABLE NOW SHIPPING TIMELINES! We wanted to connect with you about your purchase during our recent SS19 Drop. Our pre-spring drop was delivered as presale - this was something we were testing, in order to release the collection early. We anticipated having your orders shipped by mid-March and did not meet these expectations. Presale does not allow us to give you accurate timelines in shipping your order, and we experienced delays because of this. Moving forward our next drop will not be launched as a presale unless otherwise indicated on a product's page. Shipments will begin to process once you place your order and ship out on our usual timeline of 2-4 days. We greatly appreciate your support and we are working on improving the Kollar experience for you and other valued customers – we wanted to sincerely apologize for any complications experienced during our first drop.
